I was just telling someone last evening that with the yearend and so many social obligations to meet, I know that I will put on weight! Urgghhh it happens all the time and I call it 'holiday fat' or 'seasonal fat' but once it's in, it's not so easy to remove!
I am envious of people who have no problem with their weight or body shape no matter how much they eat, or how many times they eat. As for me, I do put on weight slightly but luckily not to the extent of needing Lipovox, but still, I wished that I don't have to work my butt off after the holidays to regain my slimmer self!
If you have a secret of keeping slim while doing social rounds this Christmas, I would like to hear about it!
