I bumped into my neighbor yesterday morning and she told me that she has just been discharged from hospital to seek medical treatment for her leg. Her leg looked all right to me now but she said that it was Edema and it was so bad that she had to stay in the hospital overnight.
Mrs. F told me that to prevent it from happening again, she has started to wear compression socks but the ones that are available at the local pharmacy look too ugly. I had to suppress a smile with the thought that Mrs. F is still so vain even at her age!
