Rare Michael Jackson Portrait To Be Auctioned On eBay

A very rare portrait of Michael Jackson, said to be the only one that he ever posed for, maybe it's because it's gaudy that's why, will be launched on eBay Wednesday with a starting bid of US$2.75 million.

This painting measures 50-by-40-inch by Australian artist Brett-Livingstone Strong shows Michael Jackson in a Renaissance-era red velvet jacket (possibly his trademark last time), seated amid a sweeping checkerboard floor underneath a magically translucent curtain at his Neverland Ranch with Tinkerbell hovering in the background.

This painting is currently owned by a toy inventor named Marty Abrams who decided to let it go following the continued adoration shown to Michael Jackson by fans even after his death.
