Blackberry is supporting the Motion Picture & Television Fund through MPTF's eBay Celebrity Charity Auction where users of Blackberry could download the eBay app and use it to follow this charity auction, bid on items and even pay for it via PayPal app for Blackberry.
The Blackberry eBay app is free to download so if you have a Blackberry and would like to do your part in charity yet stand a chance to be near celebrities, do check this series of charity auctions out. These auctions end on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 4:00PM PT.
Some of the items that you could expect to bid on include an invite to The Evening Before Pre-Party the night before the Emmys, celebrity signed BlackBerry smartphones, a walk-on part in a Brett Ratner movie, a day on the set of Criminal Minds, etc. Awesome!
