Enterprising eBay sellers who produced merchandise to sell on eBay in tribute of British killer, Raoul Moat, have had their wares pulled from the auction site as these merchandise are deemed offensive. This policy is in stark contrast to Facebook which refused to block the "fan page" that was created for the killer which has garnered 15,000 fans thus far. I don't see how anyone would want to pay tribute to a killer like him, and it's really bad taste to wear his t-shirt in orange, just like the CCTV image of him. And the sicker thing is that these t-shirts even target children. Why should people teach kids to glorify a killer?
Anyway, eBay has done well in pulling down auctions of such merchandise. They can do without this business.
