Eat Healthy, Drink Healthier

No matter which part of the world you live in, I am sure you would have experienced water drought before. I remember reading about a man who was so stressed out when the water taps in his home ran dry that he died of heart failure. That incident left a deep mark on me and from that day onwards, I am very careful with the water I use and the source it came from.

The other day when I was holidaying in Singapore, I was quite taken aback with the price of bottled water. I believe it's almost as expensive as gasoline in my country! I am someone who drink a lot of water daily so you can imagine how it was for me trying to curb my thirst or I would have to pay premium for bottled water.

At home, though, I use a water filter pitcher that not only filters fluoride, hence taking away the weird taste and odor but also can successfully remove other contaminants including viruses and bacteria. I am sure you have seen before many advertisements that scream "pure" water but just because it tastes pure, it doesn't mean that its free from contaminants which are not visible to the naked eye.

The water filter pitchers that you see on the Friends of Water online store are one of the best water filter pitchers in the market and have gone through extensive tests around the world. The best thing is that these water filter pitchers are not expensive so you can actually buy a few for your home, office and one to take a long on your travels. Taking care of the food we eat is only one way to keep healthy. We should also drink healthy.
