Unsightly Cellulite

My sister told me that since pregnancy, she has noticed cellulite on her thighs, becoming unsightly as the days go by. She wonders if they could get from bad to worse, or maybe it's just imaginary. In any case, my sister asked me to help her took for cure for cellulite, if there is any.

I have no experience with cellulite but I came across this website, cellulitecures.net, where a few treatments for cellulite are discussed. Like all other treatments, some work, some don't, and some work in the beginning.

Anyway, I passed this link to my sister and told her to read for herself, reminding her that she should only try them out after the birth of her child. She has no choice but to live with he cellulite for the next few months.

Malaysia's Matrade Ties Up With PayPal and eBay

Malaysia External Trade Development Corp (Matrade), has tied up with PayPal and its parent company, eBay, to help local companies venture into eCommerce, with the aim of reducing operational costs and increase flexibility and productivity. PayPal will provide support for payments in Ringgit.

From what I understand, both PayPal and eBay will be holding seminars and workshops for SMEs in the country and these would be free for companies that are registered with Matrade. Currently, there are already many successful Malaysian companies trading on eBay, many of them specialize in local handicrafts, handcrafted accessories and novelty items.

As a small business holder, I am certainly interested to take advantage of the free seminars and workshops and see how I could leverage global business opportunities available through eBay and PayPal platforms.

EPF vs. Life Insurance

I was looking through the booklet that I obtained from the IRS and understand that we could receive tax relief of up to MYR6000 for both life insurance and EPF (Employees Provident Fund) and I was thinking of putting all my money into an EPF account to enjoy this tax relief.

However, a friend pointed out to me that I should split my money into both EPF and life insurance. He explained that EPF is a retirement fund while the primary purpose of life insurance is to protect my loved ones who depend on my income to support them.

Even with this understanding, I am just as confused how I should save my money and reduce my tax payable. I still have some months to work this out. Hopefully, I would be able to make a good decision.

Seeking A New Direction

I am trying to look for a part time job right now to create a secondary income on top of my home-based business. I had thought of getting a full time job and in fact, found one, but then that would mean that I would have no time to take care of my business at all. Looking for a job, even though it is just part time, is not easy at all, when I lack paper qualification. I may run a business, small as it is, but I still do not have paper qualification to show my abilities.

My friends told me to go for courses but I don't think that at my age, I would adapt well to campus life. Getting an online degree is a very good option but I fear that I would be so distracted online that I would not be able to concentrate on studies. My work, after all, is all done online too.

And then I have a friend who is encouraging me to expand my business. He said that I am so unemployable that it would be wasting my time to take up studies again and try to fight for a job with people who are more than ten years younger.

Frankly, I feel so lost. I know I need to do something because I always seem like I have too much time on my hands. I am feeling so restless. I need to find a new direction.

Stephen Strasburg Rookie Baseball Trading Card tops $17,000 On eBay

Rookie baseball player, Stephen Strasburg, hasn't even been called up to the majors yet but his 2010 Bowman Chrome Superfractor card, which was put on auction on eBay a week ago with a starting price of 99 cents is now one of the hottest item on eBay, being watched by 2300 interested eBayers.

While Stephen Strasburg is only expected to be called up to the majors in the next couple of weeks, looks like his rookie baseball trading card is going to create some sort of history first by topping the $17,000 mark on eBay, with still three days to go before bidding ends.

Whether this is shilling or not is not for us to say but to invest this amount of money on a rookie trading card of a player who has yet to throw a pitch, that's a huge risk for someone to take. Perhaps these bidders have too much money burning in their pocket and don't know how to spend it. Come, let me teach them.

Meeting Sales Quota

My mother told me that she is being pursued relentlessly by a new acquaintance who is an agent with a multi-level marketing company. While I understand that she has a sales quota to meet, I think that she is being too aggressive with her sales tactics.

Actually, my mother is quite interested in colonix but I told her that before placing an order, she should check out colonix reviews online first. I recently taught my mother to use the search engine online and I am glad that her new found knowledge has come in handy now.

I also told my mother that once she is satisfied with colonix, she then should compare prices online. It's not difficult to do and would save her some money too!

Prudent Shopping

A friend who asked me to help him with shopping for a king-sized mattress earlier went to buy it himself last weekend because he thought that I would be busy. Actually, I agreed but I needed advanced notice.

When the mattress was delivered, I was shocked to see that my friend didn't buy anything else, like the bed frame and side tables. He didn't realize that buying items piece by piece would be a lot more expensive. Besides, it would be difficult to match the bedroom set.

I feel that most guys aren't prudent shoppers and they don't care about saving money whenever possible. The funny thing is that this friend is a restaurateur and he is very astute when it comes to shopping for groceries for his restaurant!

Monstrous Zit

I am suffering from a monstrous zit right on my nose now just when I thought that I already got my acne problem under control. I guess it was all just an interval! Luckily, working for myself, I don't have to go to the office or attend meetings or I would die of embarrassment. Being self-employed, could just hide at home until this zit subsides.

I guess I am back to looking for an acne treatment that works. I thought that those days were already over but the nightmare is back. Like previous times, I am going to read reviews online and ultimately, I would still have to narrow down a few products and then go by trial and error.

I hope that this zit on my nose will be the last monstrous one I have to suffer from. Seriously, I am too old for zits. I thought those days were over!

Living Healthy

A friend told me that she is trying to put on some weight. I find it rather funny that while people in my age group are trying to keep weight OFF, she is the opposite. She is really slim and the envy of our friends.

I believe that whether we are slim or otherwise, the important thing is to live healthy. A little bit of fat wouldn't harm but still, we should try to get some moderate exercise daily as far as possible. Actually, I also find myself feeling sleepy if I do not exercise and the more I sleep, the more tired I become.

I have been looking at ellipticals lately and hopefully, by having one at home, it will spur me to exercise more. As I grow older, I feel as if fat deposits at the wrong places of my body and that's very unsightly!

Ringgit Has Worst Week Since 1998

The Ringgit closed the week at 3.3215 to the Dollar on Friday, making a decline of 3.7% over the week, the most since the Asian financial crisis in 1998. On Friday itself, it slid by 1.1%, slightly stronger than its weakest level at 3.3285.

Like any drastic currency movement, there will be people who are making a profit and there are people who are making a loss because of this. Analysts expect the Ringgit to trend even weaker this coming week because of the uncertainty in Wall Street and in the Yuan.

People who earn the Dollar shouldn't rejoice, I know, but I can't help thinking of the money that I lost from cashing out of PayPal earlier at the time that Ringgit was at its strongest levels in three years. It was like a gamble, you see. I was afraid that the Ringgit would continue to grow stronger like many experts have predicted.

Anyway, right now, I just wish that I have more funds in PayPal to withdraw to cash in on the weakness of Ringgit. Who knows what levels it will be at next month?

Dream Costa Rican Vacation Home

My friend, Wai, who is a real estate investor and looks for property that gives high rental yield, told me that he has plans to invest outside of the country. I teased him that he has gone big time and is now a property tycoon but he claims that some of the properties are jointly owned by his partners. Besides, they are all purchased with bank loans which means that he would only fully own the properties in thirty years' time.

Wai told me that he is looking at Tamarindo Real Estate in Costa Rica. He hasn't been to Costa Rica before but his friends have been telling him how beautiful it the country is and how friendly the people of Costa Rica are.

Wai thinks it would be great to buy a holiday home in Tamarindo and spend a couple of months a year there. He told me it would be a good idea to rent it out the rest of the months. If I have the money, that's what I would do too.

PayPal To Open Second Service Operation Centre In Asia In Kuala Lumpur

PayPal announced that they are looking into opening their second service operation centre in Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Their first office in Asia is in Singapore. According to PayPal, they are currently looking for a suitable location for their office, at the same time, applying for licenses from relevant authorities.

Right now, PayPal cannot disclose more information to the public yet but may be able to do so in three months' time and begin operating by the end of the year. This office will not only service Malaysian PayPal users but also PayPal account holders in the region.

In line with this, PayPal will be employing people who are able to converse in other foreign languages to work in the Kuala Lumpur office. Stay tuned for more information.

Seeking Motivation

It has been a long time since I did anything with my online store that I am finding it very difficult to get back into the groove. I know I should start again as soon as possible or it would be like starting from scratch but it is just taking me too long to get everything listed on my store and start selling.

In addition, I am facing some set backs with the set up of the store. I accidentally deleted my store banner and somehow, even though I have restored the image file, it doesn't work like it used to. Perhaps, the feature was already broken even before my accident but I just didn't notice it.

Also, this whole month, my internet connection has been like crap. I do have a back up internet connection but still, the sluggishness kills my zest for working. Hopefully, the speed will be restored as soon as possible.

Strange Accident Case

I read about a girl who was involved in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. She was a pillion rider and somehow, a car rammed into her from the back. The weird this is that this girl is just recovering from a heart transplant surgery and right after being discharged from hospital, she is admitted again.

Her doctors say that she is lucky her heart survived the impact of the crash but it will be a long road to recovery. It's too bad that she does not have access to services of an experienced Omaha Accident Injury Attorney or the car driver will not get off the hook this easily.

Of course, this was an accident, something that the driver didn't wish to happen too. However, the accident victim should be duly compensated too, don't you think so?

Peter Andre Furious With Katie Price For eBay Auctions

Peter Andre was furious that Katie Price, better known as Jordan, his ex-wife, for putting a canvas photo of them on eBay to be auctioned off. Katie Price also put up a wall clock on eBay, that according to Peter Andre, are the last reminders of their marriage.

Well, who wouldn't be pissed off, really? Katie Price mentioned that proceeds will go towards charity though no name has been mentioned so we don't really know if it is for real.

Also, from what I read, Peter Andre took their divorce really hard and of course, to see these items that he must have treasured very much but somehow could not get hold of, being sold online like that because obviously Katie Price doesn't care an iota about them anymore, surely pains him.

I wonder if anyone even bothers to buy them because frankly, I don't think there is any potential value in these "memorabilia".

Branding a Company First

My uncle told me that he has been rather unsuccessful in his online marketing campaigns for his educational course. I thought that I would help him out letting him know of popular websites that he could advertise in without paying rip-off rates.

I contacted a friend who is a webmaster of a top website and asked if he could help out my uncle. He said that although he may be a well-read person, he has never heard of my uncle's company. My uncle has been in the business for eight years already but his company is still relatively unknown, let alone known for his educational courses!

My friend told me that before my uncle invests more money in his short bursts of online advertising campaigns, he should get a Marketing Company to help him put his company out there first, so that gradually, his company will be synonymous to the educational courses that he runs, just like how MSG is known as "Ajinomoto" to many of us.

My uncle has no clue about online marketing but I respect that he is very open to new ideas despite his age, and even at 69, he continues to learn everyday and so he is very receptive of my friend’s suggestion.

Australian eBayers Can Drop PayPal

This is certainly good news for Australian eBayers after Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) launched an investigation in the practices of eBay to find if their Australian and New Zealand sites had "engaged in conduct that had the effect of, or was likely to have the effect of, substantially lessening competition in contravention of section 45 of the Trade Practices Act 1974".

This investigation was carried out because of substantial complaints received from eBay sellers in Australia following the requirement to offer PayPal only to buyers. However, before ACCC made a decision after the investigation has been carried out, eBay decided to drop this requirement.

With this decision by eBay, ACCC has closed the investigation. That's great news. eBay should have dropped the requirement for PayPal only as soon as sellers started complaining!

The Specialization Of Web Marketing

I met my uncle last week and he told me that he has not been successful in his web marketing campaigns. He runs an online education portal that offers fast track MBA programs, you see. Even though he has been in the business for almost eight years already, he has just started to explore the world of web marketing.

I have seen my uncle's banner advertisements on various websites before but have thought that they were not attractive to be clicked on. Besides, I thought that some of the websites that he advertised on were off his target audience. Moreover he had to pay exorbitant rates to advertise there!

I suggested a website to my uncle where he could promote his MBA courses to the right audience but he asked his software engineer to evaluate it, who came back telling him that the website is not a good place to advertise in. That surprised me.

Why did my uncle seek the opinion of a software engineer? I think that he is better off engaging the services of a good digital agency, like the web development Edinburgh company, that would be able to help him with his online marketing campaigns. It's a specialized field by itself.

I also sought the opinion of a friend, a fellow webmaster, and asked him what he thinks of the design of my uncle's website. My friend told me that at first glance, he doesn't know what the company is offering. So I guess my uncle needs to redesign his website. Perhaps a web design Edinburgh agency could help him. The landing page is very important and it has to contain all relevant information and attractive enough to capture the attention of web users.

I hope that with these pointers, my uncle will see results from his web marketing campaigns. I feel bad for him that he has wasted his budget senselessly because he just doesn't understand how web marketing works and has been listening to his software engineer who doesn't know any better and based their campaigns on Alexa ranking only.

Torn RM50 Notes From Maybank ATM

I went to withdraw RM3000 from a Maybank ATM at a Maybank branch near my home one evening a few days ago. When I went home to calculate if the amount was dispensed correctly, I was dismayed to see that three RM50 notes were actually torn and stuck back together with cellophane tape.

Now, I am sure most of us know that torn notes are not accepted by most merchants unless they "close one eye" that is why I am surprised that Maybank would still dispense such notes to their unlucky customers. And these notes, as you can see from the image that I have enclosed, are stuck together so neatly, this is the job of a bank staff!

Now I will have make a trip to the bank during office hours because I cannot use these notes elsewhere. You tell me pissed off or not?

My Uncle's House

I visited my uncle at his apartment last week and was surprised that the developer has built them so small! There are only three people who live there; my uncle, aunt and maid, but with all the furniture and everything, it looks very stuffed.

The bathrooms were so small too. My uncle said that he actually wanted to install walk in bathtubs in both of them but decided not to bother yet because there simply is no space. My uncle is looking for another apartment to move to around the area, because he likes the location and its proximity to his office.

My aunt jokes that anyone who suffers from claustrophobia will surely freak out of he has to live in a small apartment like this but I kind of like it, provided I live alone or share it with another person. I don't need a maid, anyway!

Looking For Dollar Store Suppliers

Lately, I have been thinking of setting up another online store, something totally different from my online lingerie store. While I still plan to run that, I think I need to diversify and look for a totally new market.

My sister always tells me about the dollar store products that she buys. She says that although sometimes the quality is a little low on a dollar store item or two, at least she bought them for cheap so she doesn't really mind so generally, she is mostly happy with her purchases.

That gave me an idea to sell dollar store products too and I think I would like doing it since I also like to browse through online stores that sell dollar store items though I have never bought anything yet.

I am currently looking for dollar store suppliers and comparing their goods and prices. I, of course, want the best of both worlds where quality products could be bought at really low prices! Yes, my standard is very high, but that's only because I always try to put myself into he shoes of my buyers. They could be a very demanding lot!

Anyway, progress is a little slow since I still have my store to take care of but I believe that once I decide on a dollar store supplier, the speed will pick up. Wish me luck!

Tiger Slam Golf Clubs On eBay Are Fake

As if all the publicity that Tiger Woods is having is not enough, someone has put on eBay what he claims are Tiger Woods golf clubs that was used during his Tiger Slam year and Tiger Woods himself has to come out to clarify that the golf clubs on eBay are fakes and the real ones are still in his garage. I am imagining here that Tiger Woods did go to his garage to check, because you never know, you see. His golf clubs may have legs.

The "fake" Tiger Slam golf clubs were posted on eBay at a starting price of US$250,000 on eBay and I think that tiger should look on the bright side of this episode. Despite all the negative publicity that has been dodging him since late last year, at least somebody still thinks he's bankable and that his memorabilia is still worth something. Well, they should. Apparently, it is not easy to get hold of a Tiger Woods autograph!

Cheap Acuvue Oasis Contacts

A friend knows that I am a chronic on line shopper and asked if I have bought Acuvue oasis contacts online before. Well, I have not since I don't even wear glasses. Turns out that she is a new contact lens user and is finding that the cost could be a little high so she wonders if there is a website where she could buy them cheaper.

Well, just because I don't need them myself doesn't mean that I don't know where to buy them. I have come across the website of PriceContactLenses.com before and have found it a very useful website where a shopper of Acuvue oasis or contact lens of other major brands would be able to compare prices on a single website without having to visit each company's website individually and switching tabs just to compare prices. This website also lets a shopper know how much she is going to save so it is very convenient, especially for people like me who fail mental arithmetic.

My friend is very delighted with my recommended and she said that with so many brands to choose from, some cheaper, some more expensive, she doesn't have to stick to Acuvue oasis alone. There are so many different lenses to buy and try out now since shopping for them is so convenient!

New Acne Solution

It's so frustrating dealing with my acne. I thought I had it arrested already because I was blemish-free for slightly more than a year but a couple of months ago, I went on a 9-day holiday and acne started recurring!

I am putting it down on a change of water and environment but if the acne solution really worked, this shouldn't have happened! I guess I am back to looking for a really effective acne treatment again. I thought that those days were behind me already but too bad they weren't.

Once again, I am forced to waste time, money and energy trying out new acne solutions and treatments and hopefully, one of them will work and keep acne away from me for good once and for all!

Summer Wedding

A friend has just announced that she is getting married this summer. Finally! It's funny that she told me that probably because they have been engaged for more than a year, so long that they don't see the need to actually get married.

The bride-to-be is of course very anxious of her big day and she is putting pressure on herself to look her best. I guess it is understandable but I did reminder her that every bride looks her best on her wedding day thanks to Photoshop!

I know my friend would like to try to lose some weight with diet pills but I warned her of diet pill side effects and she shouldn't simply try something if she is not familiar with it. We don't want her wedding day ruined, do we?

Rare Michael Jackson Portrait "The Book" Remains Unsold

The rare Michael Jackson portrait entitled "The Book" ended with zero bids on eBay auction recently. Either the opening bid of US$2.75 million was way too high than anyone would willingly part with for a Michael Jackson portrait no matter how rare it was or perhaps the portrait is just too ugly.

Marty Abrams, the owner of the rare Michael Jackson portrait has yet to announce what he will do with the 50-by-40-inch painting by Australian artist Brett-Livingstone Strong now that he has failed to look for a new owner for it. I guess it will return to storage since to me, it is just way too ugly to be on the wall. LOL

Research On Slimming Pills

While I have a friend who is so slim even though she already has two children, most of us at one stage of our lives or another are struggling with keeping weight off. I recently met a friend who told me that after giving birth at the end of last year, she has not been able to get back her shape. This is nothing new to all new mothers but she is very impatient to get back into her clothes.

My friend told me that she would like to try diet pills but I reminded her to do ample research on slimming pills first because frankly, we never know of Slim Xtreme or thermotox side effects, for example, unless we go through reviews of diet pills users freely shared online.

Hand Painted Housewarming Gift

My friend's house is going to be ready soon and we are all invited to her housewarming party which she plans to host once the house is ready and they have moved in. Frankly, I am wishing that the house wouldn't be ready so soon so that the housewarming party will be delayed. The reason is that I cannot think of anything to buy her since she is quite wealthy and has no problems buying anything she needs.

Luckily, just now I came across A Great Gift Idea: Painted Wood Signs would be an awesome personalized gift for the occasion of her housewarming. I am sure that when she sees the personalized family wood sign with her family's name on it, she would be pleasantly surprised as well. It surely will stand out among all the other housewarming gifts!

There are many custom hand painted wood sign designs to choose from and these would make great gifts for any home because they are handmade and hand painted to detail. I don’t think we can find as suitable a home decor gift as these wooden hand painted signs. The best thing about these gifts is that they are priced reasonably, yet are of good quality.

Unit Kad Kredit Palsu

Last month, Bank Negara Malaysia issued an warning to the public after being alerted that there are scammers calling up people pretending to be from a department called Unit Kad Kredit Palsu of Bank Negara or a commercial bank and trying to coax sensitive information from the public.

Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) would like to stress that there is no such department in their set up and that the telephone number 03-2772-XXXX is not one of their telephone lines.

While the modus operandi used by such scammers from "Unit Kad Kredit Palsu" is to get victims to transfer their funds to a third party account purportedly to "safeguard" it, if you have read the news recently, there was a credit card fraud victim who claimed that his credit card details was stolen after he disclosed his mother's maiden name over the telephone. See, that's not even safe!

For more information on such fraud, visit http://fraudalert.bnm.gov.my

Extra Classes Online

A friend's son, who is struggling with his Math, has asked his parents if they could look for a Math tutor for him. If he could, he doesn't want to learn it at all but it's a compulsory subject and he cannot drop it, unfortunately.

I think that a better option for him would be to learn from an online tutor. While I believe that it is not for everyone to study online because of distractions, I think it would not pose a problem for him because he is a web savvy lad who multi-tasks easily.

I think that children nowadays are very lucky to have access to Math tutors online. It makes studying so much more relaxing and enjoyable. I know that such a way to learn helps students retain their lessons better. If there was such services when I was a student, I wouldn't have failed Math!

Madonna Claims Her Journals

Madonna has put a stop to he auction of her journals on eBay that the seller claims he bought from a storage facility after the owner fell back on her rental. The previous owner worked with Madonna for a few years and had in her possession these journals and other, some of hem autographed, Madonna memorabilia.

The new owner who has a business in procuring storage items in exactly this same scenario is adamant that the journals belong to him and that Madonna has no right to stop his auctions which he was hoping to earn him millions of dollars.

So who does the journals belong to? I'd say they belong to the eBay seller but of course, I'm not Madonna! LOL

Fighting Flab With Tummy Tuck Surgery

I have a friend who is suffering from such low self-esteem, she thinks she's horribly fat. We all tell her that it's all in her mind and that she is NOT "fat" even though she doesn't have a little meat on her. That's only natural and in fact, she is beautiful as she is but she isn't convinced. Somebody must have given her a bad shock.

This friend, whom I shall not name, told us that she is planning a tummy tuck surgery. She said it is not a rash decision and in fact, she has thought about it long and hard. In fact, her husband is very supportive too. Well, if it makes her happy, why not, right?

This lady actually has a very good body shape but she said that once she is done with the first surgery and have saved enough money, she would go for a breast augmentation surgery. Now, I am not saying that plastic surgery is bad but I think that it should only be done for medical purposes. That's why I think a lot of cosmetic surgery patients go under the knife just to enhance their self-esteem and boost their self-confidence.

I read before that there are some people who can get addicted to cosmetic surgery after seeing the drastic changes to their looks so I wouldn't be surprised if this friend tells us later that she is going for a cosmetic surgery face lift. There is nothing wrong with her at all, like I said but it will make her happier.

Repair Or Replace My Cartridge Inkjet Printer

Recently, there is something wrong with my printer, a cartridge inkjet printer. It isn't working as well as it should and the color runs. Printers are very cheap these days, actually, so I was wondering if I should send this for servicing or just buy a new one. This time, I plan to go for a laser printer.

I was told that although printers are cheap, it is the ink or toner that's expensive. If I were to buy a new laser printer, I will be going for bulk toner to try to reduce cost. The way a friend calculated for me, how cheap a laser printer cartridge is, is how many pages it could print. Gosh, I can't always care about how much it costs to print PER PAGE!

Anyway, another friend recently bought a very nice all-in-one laser printer and it is slightly expensive that my own printer. I am someone who hates to waste and my printer still works so well IF only it is serviced. How could I just replace it? On top of that, I could always buy laser printer cartridge online, although when I bought my printer, everyone was telling me that the cost of ink would kill me but I survived.

At the moment, I am still keeping my options open since I can still make do with my printer even in its current state. I guess I will only make my decision when I can no longer tolerate its quirkiness.

Spa Filter Cartridges For Sparkling Clean Water

A neighbor, who spent $100,000 renovating the small house next to mine that he purchased for $170,000, told me that he is very happy with how the house turned out to be. He seemed very proud of his design but I thought that he spent way too much on such a small house. but then, as long as he likes it and thinks it's worth his money...

I was invited to his house to have a look before his family moves in next month. I have to say, I was very impressed with it too and it felt like a 5-star hotel suite. He has also installed a spa, which I also like very much but have never thought that I could maintain it at all, hence I dropped the idea of having my own spa at home.

However, this neighbor told me that it is not difficult to keep the water sparkling clean thanks to spa filter cartridges. Of course, one has to clean the filter and replace it regularly just like one should for any water filter. But then a replacement spa filter is very affordable so that shouldn't be a problem.

I remember a friend telling me that he can't live without swimming pool filter cartridges and how they are able to keep his pool water clean at all times. With such convenience, I think I can start thinking of owning my own spa or hot tub at home! Ah, how luxurious!

Scentsy Bars

My friend hosted me for nine days when I went to the capital city for a holiday. She had an apartment all to herself and occasionally, friends would stay over. I was only one of her many guests. LOL

I noticed that she likes to burn incense at home and has also placed air refresheners at various corners of the living room. At first I wondered why she likes all these scents at home but later discovered that it's because she smokes and wanted fresher smelling atmosphere. A few years ago, she told me that she already quit smoking but I guess she went back to it.

Personally, I think that incense smells smokey too and air refresheners are actually bad for the small vessels in our nostrils. I think that I’d better recommend Scentsy to her so that her home will not only smell fresh but more natural too. Scentsy is definitely better than what she is using now to freshen up the home!

Scentsy is actually scented or aromatic candles in another form and without the wick! Scentsy bars come in a multitude of colors; colors that match their scents. The best thing is that there are over 80 scents to select from. I was thinking of buying a couple of Scentsy bars for my friend to try out but with so many choices, I’ll have to buy more!

More eBay Changes To Please Shoppers

eBay will be implementing more changes to its marketplace throughout the year, or what's left of it, with the aim of bringing more shoppers to its site. As you know, it's facing a lot of competition from other online shopping sites that seem to be more popular because they are not as restrictive to sellers as eBay is.

In any case, top of the list is a change beginning July 27th that will require eBay sellers to specify an item's condition. There will be a total of six conditions to choose from, from "new" to “new other (see details),” “manufacturer refurbished,” “seller refurbished,” “used” or “for parts or not working.”

Changes, I am not against them, but I resent having to make changes to my listings, every one of them, whenever there is a new implementation on eBay. Hey, we sellers don't have so much time on our hands meddling with our listings, you know?

Credit Card Consolidation Works

It has been a long time since keeping in touch with a friend, Jason. he lost his job and had to move back to his hometown because he could no longer cope with the higher cost of living in the capital city. While most people would still be able to keep in touch with the telephone and/or internet, Jason was not able to settle his bills and his subscriptions were terminated. It was certainly a bad time for him.

During this time, Jason lived on his credit card advances and naturally, without an income, he was not able to fully settle his credit card bills at the end of the month. Somehow, Jason was able to get himself enrolled in a consumer credit counseling service and he said that it helped him to manage his finances better.

Of course, it also helped that he underwent credit card consolidation which means that instead of taking care of payments for a few cards at various dates of the month, he could pay off his credit card debt one time only every month, and ant a more manageable rate too.

I am very happy to know that Jason has finally gotten a good grip of his finances, though he is still desperate for a job but he seems to be doing better now and doesn't feel the pressure as he once did. He told me receiving credit counseling was the best thing that happened to him since the nightmare of losing his job.

Buy Cigars Online Conveniently

It's Father's Day next month and I was complaining to a friend that it means that I am going to bust my budget again. He said that I shouldn't say so and instead, I should cherish every Father's Day. His father has passed on and even if he wants to celebrate it, he can no longer do so.

Since last night, I have been thinking of what to get my father. He has very expensive tastes and right now, I cannot afford to buy him the things that he really likes. However, my father has a collection of cigars which I find really odd because he doesn't smoke. He used to but has quit. I guess his collection is a good reminder of what he's missing!

I have no experience or knowledge of cigars but because I can buy cigars online easily, I will opt for cigars for Father's Day. I cannot decide which one to buy since I can't make out the smell or taste by just their names but Ashton cigars sound very nice and classy.

Or maybe I should buy him a box of Rocky patel cigars but I am going to check first if he already has this in his collection. I don't want him to have duplicates, you see. If you have any suggestions at all on cigar buying, I hope you will leave me a comment!
