The number of people who sought financial help from various sources surged after EURO 2012. This happens every time after a major sporting event, where people never learn and continued to gamble away their money, thinking they could make a quick buck. 

And of course, this rarely happens and the only people who make money are the sportsmen, the officials and maybe some bookies - the big timers. 

So be smarter... these are not our game. It's better to just watch in the sidelines!
