Celebrity Kelly Osbourne has announced that she would be selling some of her designer clothes on eBay to raise funds to be donated to The Red Cross, which would channel the monies to victims of Sandy hurricane in the Northeastern area. 

She had wanted to donate these clothes to shelters, but after much thought, changed her plans. Obviously, the victims wouldn't be wearing the high end clothes themselves but would be converting the clothes to cash. LOL
