A friend, who recently set up a pharmacy business, told me of the goodness of the employee attendance tracker that he has been utilizing. Now that it's the end of the year, he could easily check back who had been the best employee in terms of attendance and duly reward him (or her). 

It looks like my friend has been having plenty of fun being his own boss. It has been his dream all along and it's great to see that his vision is now a reality. As a friend, I am happy for him, and to see his progress.
