I Need Updates

If you have received your package from me, do update me as soon as possible. The onus is on the Buyer to update the Seller upon receipt to let Seller knows that all is well..... or perhaps not.

If unfortunately, you haven't received your package after allowing considerable delivery time, then contact the Seller as well, so that both Seller and Buyer can track the package from both sides. This is what the tracking ID is for.

The time frame that one should allow for packages to be delivered (within Malaysia) are:

Poslaju - 1 - 4 postal working days
Pos Ekspres - 1 - 4 postal working days
Registered Mail - 3 - 7 postal working days
