We are unable to ship an item out UNLESS and UNTIL buyer contacts us with delivery information as soon as payment is made. This is to avoid delay in shipping.

Sometimes we do not contact the buyer eventhough we are aware that payment has been made. That is because we want to verify that this particular buyer is the one who made the payment so as to avoid shipping the item out to the wrong person.

Afterall, we do not only sell one item, right?

Therefore, the onus is on the Buyer to contact the Seller with the relevant details after payment is made, eventhough the deal may only be MYR1/=

Communication IS the KEY.
