The following scenario is what most e-sellers have to face once in a while.
Buyers make payment for their purchases, but not the amount stated in our invoice, but any amount that they deem to be sufficient.
For example, although Poslaju within Peninsular Malaysia is MRY4.73, most Sellers will charge MYR5 but some Buyers will only send payment for the item plus MYR4.73 for shipping. This isn't right, considering that Buyer has already agreed to the charges prior to bidding since the amount is already stated in the shipping terms.
What is worse is that, there are some people who pay for the item but conveniently forget about shipping charge.
Too bad there are still some narrowminded people who try to save a few cents this way.
