Sometimes, there are Buyers who simply bid on an item without fully understanding what condition the item is in or not knowing the real shipping rate when all they have to do is to utilise the "Contact Seller" feature to clear their doubts.
Sometimes I wonder IF Buyers read AND understand our description, terms and conditions or not.
And then when shipping is a little more than expected, or if the item is not of their desired conndition, or if it's of a different colour, or size or whatever, ALAMAK... Buyer without even communicating with Seller to work it out, will simply leave a negative feedback for the Seller.
I have mentioned before, and it does not hurt to stress again, that communication is the key to success, more so in e-trading. This is because, Seller and Buyer mostly communicate via e-mail and we have no way to know what goes on on the other side.
