Snail Mail Woes

Recently, The Star newspaper reported about snail mail delays by Pos Malaysia. Well, it is great that it's at least reported so that Buyers know that it's not the Sellers' fault for any delay in delivery.

Anyway, for merchandise, I do not recommend snail mail at all, and worse, a normal snail mal with no tracking or insurance. If Buyer insists on this, then no choice, but I still cover my ass with a Surat Akuan Mengepos.

And even though it is also risky to use Pos Ekspres because the recipient is not required to sign for the package, at least the shipping time is very fast, from one to three days hence the risk is minimized.

The best is to stick with Poslaju. You accept it, you sign for it. This may not be a 100% guarantee but it's fast with tracking number and it's 99% reliable.
