It has finally been confirmed and implemented. Poslaju has raised their domestic rates to include Sales tax with effect from 15th March, 2007. What was said to be implemented on 1st March, 2007, was differed until 15th March, 2007. So shipping by Poslaju to domestic destinations shall be as follows: Poslaju Revises Domestic Tariff Upwards
Sellers should also take note that ON TOP of this 10% increment, packages are also now calculate based on volumetric weight. Check the calculation for volumetric weight on my post: On Poslaju Rates.
How will this affect the Sellers? 10% may not be much for light packages less than 500g but for heavy packages that exceeds twelve inches for length, width or height then it will be a significant increment.
This may actually put off high volume buyers. Let's see how people will accept this new rates.
