There is a new trend where a buyer (or successful auction bidder) claims that he did not receive his item after making payment more than a month ago. For a Seller with numerous banking transactions daily, one month worth of transaction history could run into pages.
The problem is that after a lapse of one month, or more, the Seller isn't sure if the Buyer did make payment for the item. It is worse if the Seller's selling price total is the same for every transaction if he is selling the same item. How could the Seller be expected to retrace transaction history?
Of course the Buyer will be adamant that he paid for it, but when ask to show proof in the form or banking slip or screenshot; he claims that he has misplaced it. Well, even screenshots can be photoshopped.
A Seller is forced into a situation where he is not sure if he should ship his item out or not. Maybe this is all a misunderstanding when Buyer failed to inform Seller that he has made payment and failed to supply his delivery address. Once again, I stress, Sellers DO NOT Have ESP.
Maybe this is a deliberate act. Is it done to confuse the Seller and to obtain an item for free? Never try, never know. Who knows, except for the Buyer?
