Importance of Trade Show Displays

I have been to quite a number of trade fairs locally and internationally and each time, I come away with new insights into the sales and marketing aspect of a business. The latest that I went to was a trade show in China where businesses from all over China showcased their products to the world. It was a great learning experience for me.

To be frank, I did not expect much from Chinese businesses but they left a great impression on me when each company had their booth decorated very well that one could see that they are really serious about their business. Some companies had their
Trade Show Displays set up differently one day from another since it was a week long trade fair.

On the other hand, some companies had their displays in colorful themes and some were according to the season or an image of their latest range of products.

Personally, I think that companies that had the best trade show displays are toy manufacturers. They really let their imagination run free with their blend of colors and comic characters.

Some companies though, think it is a waste of good money to splurge on display booths, but I think that the more elaborate a booth is, the better it can capture the attention of visitors it will leave a deep impression on the minds of visitors and they will remember the name of the company for a long time to come.

For me, companies that take care in putting up a good display are companies that are serious in their business, meticulous in detail and I definitely would love to do business with companies like these, over those that couldn't care less.

I asked the opinion of another friend who is also a regular at trade shows. He too concur with me that he is more likely to trade with a company that has a captivating trade show display. So, if you are an exhibitor at trade shows, you may want to consider putting more time and effort into your display booth.
