Not Easy Being Administrators

After reading about so many case studies of online trading disputes, I have come to the conclusion that it is not easy at all being the administrators of an online auction marketplace. They are like policemen, albeit online ones.

When a dispute rises, both the Buyer and Seller have their very own version of ho the matter transpired. Of course both will not admit any wrong doing and will even lay the blame entirely on the other party.

With two different versions, the Administrators will then try to piece the real picture together, checking out proof in the form of pictures and items, if they are available.

Investigation work is rather tricky because upon conclusion, the Administrators would have to take an appropriate course of action and I am sure they don't want to go wrong by the innocent party

There may be times when due to wrong judgment, they have taken a wrong course of action and then accused of being biased. I believe that both Buyer and Seller are just as valuable in the marketplace so it would be great if both brings out the real version and not one that gives himself a good light.
