Sometimes if you want to use something for free, you have to forgo some features. One eBayer was surprised that there is no dispute console on eBay Malaysia. Actually, if you go to a paid site to try to file a dispute from your admin page, you will be asked to do so in the eBay site of your country, in this case, Malaysia. Since there is no such dispute console here, it means that the person will not be able to file a dispute.
Actually, I have been thinking, I would rather forgo the features than to pay for using eBay Malaysia. This is because I realise that Malaysians generally are still not mature in online trading. Many still treat it as a game. If that is the case, why should Sellers pay to list, right?
It is better to let the public be more acceptable towards etrading then only should we pay for the extra features. What do you think?
