I was checking some news on eBay when I came across a story that a British couple furnished their whole house with items bought off eBay. Is that WOW or what? I mean, we know that we can find many things on eBay but then EVERYTHING needed to furnish and decorate a whole house?
Personally though, I am not very comfortable with buying and USING second hand items, even though they may be cheaper. In this case, the British couple spent only $14,000 on eBay whereas they would need $100,000 if they were to purchase them new from stores.
I do love shopping because of the convenience but I only love shopping for new items. As for second hand or used items, the only acceptable items to me are books. That's all.
