I was surprised to learn the other day that there are still people who are not using VoIP voice system in their office. Some people think that the quality would be low or that the line would drop. Well, they should know that VoIP phone systems have improved so much since the early days.
No longer will you have to deal with low voice quality or getting cut off the line numerous times in a short telephone conversation BUT it will be no different than direct phone call except that it does not come with a high bill!
