If you haven't heard or read yet, eBay is rolling out a new feedback system beginning 19th May, 2008. For the time being, while the see how well this new feedback is received by the community, this will only affect North American markets, mainly eBay.com and eBay.ca
I have read through the changes and I don’t know how well it could be put into practice but I know that eBay is trying hard to be transparent in all transactions, curb fraud and create a balance and fair treatment for both the buying and selling parties.
With this new feedback system, PowerSellers will receive extra protection since they have already passed through stringent checks to be awarded PowerSeller status.
