It’s Possible To Buy The Freehold

Many people are of the opinion that leasehold properties are not as desirable or valuable as properties with freehold titles. However, these people do not know that they could actually purchase the freehold if they qualify. Leaseholders have the rights to enfranchise even if the property owner refused to sell. Although many leaseholders would like to purchase the freehold, many do not know that they have the right to do so and even if they know, they are clueless on how to go about it.

Actually, I too did not know about such rights until a couple of months ago. Well, different countries have different property laws. If you are in such a situation, you may want to consult leasehold specialists who would be able to provide you with more information, especially to provide you with an estimate of the cost of buying the freehold. This is most important, isn't it?

Buying and selling of property is a complex issue because property law comes into play so if there’s anything that you are uncertain about regarding your leasehold or lease extension, it is best to consult specialists in leasehold who would be able to guide you on the right steps to take in your situation or even to acquire the freehold.

In a way, I am glad that I am still living with my parents so I do not have to worry about such problems! LOL
