A friend told me that he had to cancel his car order because he no longer could afford to own a new car now that living expenses have escalated so much. He said that he had to forfeit his deposit and he has no choice about because if his purchase goes through, he will have a heavier burden on his shoulders.
He said that he plans to buy a used car later in the year and that by replacing the transmission and if necessary, the engine, the used car would be as good as new. It is too bad that we do not have a company like midwest auto recycling over here. I am afraid that my friend would not be able to purchase quality used car transmission or engine and without warranty too, and that would pose a bigger problem for him!
Of course not used cars will need such major repairs but my dad told a newly acquired used car should be sent to the workshop for overhaul so that we could use the car with peace.
