Anything goes on eBay. Well, almost. If you have been following all the weird stuff that people put up for auction and actually get buyers for them, you would be understand about "beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
I came to know of an auction of this piece of seven-legged spider by an "artist" David Thorne. I certainly have never heard of him before, have you? Yet here we have this piece of so-called art of a seven-legged spider and there were actually a total of eighteen bids, hitting US$10,000.
The auction has just ended a couple of days ago and payment has still not been made. Will the Seller receive his payment or will this be just another prank bid? Many people still fail to understand that a bid should be a contract to purchase.
Anyway, that's none of my concern. Let me just go dig some of my art and put them up on eBay.
