It’s super dumb. A couple of days ago, I received a text message from Celcom informing me that my Celcom bill is ready at their Celcom Customer Service portal. It’s fine with me though I don’t remember receiving any such message before.
The dumb thing I am talking about is that they said, “Thank you for registering with Celcom Customer Service website. Your bill is ready now.” But I already registered with them way back when the website was just launched. If memory serves me right, it was sometime in the middle of this year, and now only they thank me?
I guess Celcom subscribes to the belief that it’s better late than never, huh? LOL I just wish that they will not be late in sending out their hardcopy bill so that I do not have to pick up their automated calls telling me that I have exceeded 75% of my monthly usage.
Chey…. I think they should automatically increase my credit limit because I really don’t feel like calling them and made to wait for a long time on the phone.
