I was going through my old accounts for the WebStore when I came across a list of buyers who still have credit with my store. Their credit isn’t much and if not mistaken, the most is only MYR10. However, I feel bad after such a long time and took the opportunity to remind these buyers that they still have funds with me that they could use to make a purchase and we could deduct that long time credit from the new order.
I am glad that I was able to contact most of my buyers this way and they responded positively, making purchases so that they could offset their credit. After all, it is their money and I am not going to take it and keep quiet about it. As it is, I am happy enough that I managed to get new sales now that the holiday season is upon us.
