Pos Malaysia Hotline: 1 300 300 300

Quite a few of my friends told me that the website of Pos Malaysia is always down. Well, this has been a long standing problem. However, even though it's usually in service when I access it, I do understand the difficulty in navigating the website; difficult to find the information that I want.

In such circumstances, especially to check on the status of Poslaju packages, because the system is always not updated online, the best is to give Pos Malaysia Hotline 1 300 300 300 a phone call.

Do bear in mind that this is not a toll free number so you will be charged local rates. It's still cheap and kills the frustration of looking for an answer on the Pos Malaysia website!

calling 1 300 300 300 does not always help either. I was looking for my e-parcel which I was not able to checkt due to the website problem. The guy on this number told me that my e-parcel would be delivered today(the day I called 12/5/09). I thought he had a way to track my e-parcel since the website was down so I put the trust on him. Until today 14/5/09 there is no sign of my e-parcel. Its a shame for a national courier service providing this sort of service level.

I was supposed to get an item by friday but till saturday, i still haven't receive it. I check the website and it was stated that the final delivery was made by saturday evening but i haven't receive anything. What should i do?

Since it's a long weekend holiday now, why don't you give it some time? Monday is a working day, perhaps you can go to the nearest post office to find out, taking along your Poslaju consignment number.

PPL sandakan sabah sangat cuai,penghantaran lambat,perkhidmatan pelanggan yang biadab.dah la tak hntar barang tepat pada waktunya di suruh lagi datang ke pjabat ppl ambil sndiri barang..kita bayar tau penghantaran tu bukan free jadi hantar la!!!!!!!kalau bukan kita kol tanya dorg simpan je barang tu kat ppl dan bagi alasan alamat tak d jumpai padahal alamat pejabat area bandar...bad service!!!!!!!!!!!! da dua kali tau kena macam ni..
