My friend, a property player, has been letting go of his properties, selling them all, to consolidate cash. He said that the property market is going down and this is a good time to make money from properties. 

Today, I read a report saying that Malaysia is facing a tough year for property market and there is an anticipated economic slowdown. 

What do you think of the property market? If you are a property owner, do you plan to let go of your properties or are you holding on to them, reaping rental when you could? I need some opinions.
