I don't know what is happening in Russia right now, but I have three friends visiting Moscow this week alone! Do they know something that I don't?
Well, good news is that PayPal has finally extended their payment processor to include accepting Russian Ruble. Now, Russian people, especially those involved in eCommerce, can easily accept payment, and locals can easily pay for their items as well.
Even greater news is that Rubles in PayPal can be easily transferred to a local bank account in Russia.
