Malaysia is one of the countries across Asia that is affected by PayPal's fee increase effective September 10. Other countries are China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
And the fee increase will be for both commercial payments and micropayments for digital goods. Yup, bummer, I know.
Luckily, I have not used PayPal so much that requires paying a fee. Lately, most of my items were bought through online banking, which I am trying to reduce!
