Miley Cyrus Concert Tickets Removed From eBay

eBay has decided to remove all listings of Miley Cyrus concert. The tween sensation's upcoming concert will be using a paperless ticketing system in a bid to keep tickets out of the hands of ticket scalpers who aim to profit from such events, nothing else.

eBay says that the reason that listings of Miley Cyrus concert tickets are removed is because of a violation of eBay's terms of use which stipulates that items placed on eBay has to be tangible and delivered within thirty days of the close of the auction.

According to eBay, this could not be achieved by Sellers at the moment and once they could get within the 30-day window, Miley Cyrus tickets would be allowed on eBay again.

If this is the case. Why are Miley Cyrus tickets still on ebay, today being the 9th October 2009. Also how can we the buyers be covered/protected, when paypal will only cover you for disputes les then 45 or so days and also if this concert is a ticketless concert, how can ebay allow this?????
