Access to Warwick Castle on Christmas Day is on auction on eBay currently with the starting bid at £25,000. At this time of writing, the bid has increased to £26,100 with three bids only. Auction ends in two days' time.

While £25,000 may seem like a fortune to a lot of us, I guess when one already has many things, they could afford to buy an "experience" and Christmas in a castle would definitely be an unforgettable experience. Just look at the amazing castle on sprawling grounds and the 25ft Christmas tree!

If you think about it, £25,000 is really not that expensive since a party of thirty is allows, which means that the cost of hosting each person is only slightly more than £1,000. And this sum would include meals, drinks and accommodation!

In addition, 100% of the proceeds from this auction will benefit Merlin's MagicWand, a charitable organization that aims to create a magical experience for children around the world who are seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged.
