The unexpected death of child star, Gary Coleman on 28th May, 2010, who was best known for his role as Arnold Jackson of popular American sitcom, Diff'rent Strokes, which ran from 1978 to 1986, has driven auctions of his memorabilia on eBay.
While Gary Coleman was a child star and was voted one of the most promising actors of his time, he endured a lackluster entertainment career in his adulthood. In view of this, I am not sure how bankable his memorabilia will be.
Fans of Diff'rent Strokes, people of my generation who grew up watching him on TV, may think otherwise, though.
