I don't see why they even set up a website, if it's always down. Even if it's functioning, usually, the page for tracking packages is unavailable, or not updated or returns an error message.
It's mostly just a waste of time to even point our browser to www.pos.com.my
Usually, when I want to know the required postage for a specific package, I'd rather just go to the post office to enquire.
And by the way, if you don't already know, it's useless to call their Customer Service hotline if you want to track any package.
You'll end up being passed from one personnel to another and these people too depend on the website for "real-time" tracking.
