Video FAQ The Way To Go

My cousin is a manager in a company that sells audio visual equipment. And although I am interested in audio visual too, he will never answer my questions satisfactorily enough. He thinks that girls shouldn't worry too much about the technical side of the pleasures of AV. So I am always left to search for my answers online.

It is a great pleasure for me to discover
Audio Visual Installation Questions & Answers on Reflex.co.uk. Their FAQ are answered in video form, just like video conferencing. I think this is a far more attention captivating than reading a whole page of answers in text. For people like me, I tend to get bored reading lines and lines of text. Videos are perfect as they can get my attention, plus I retain what I hear better than what I read.

I feel that all commercial websites should make the switch to video FAQ, or as a complement to their text FAQ. At least browsers will have a choice to slect which format they prefer, the video or the text.

I think that websites that have video FAQ are more personal and they show us the warmth and that there are human beings behind the set up. This personal touch will indeed bring us returning customers which are very important to any business.
