A couple of days ago, I wrote that I received an email from Celcom Customer Service reminding me that my bill is ready. It was actually their Celcom bill ready notification and the funny ting was that I already registered an account with them since the launch of the website but they only said "Thank you" now.
The thing was that they mentioned the amount of my bill but I had already settled it which shows that even though my billing record is online, it's not updated.
Well, guess what? Today, being a public holiday, once again, I received the same email. What's the point? Chasing for payment? Like I said, I already settled it, not today, not yesterday but some two weeks ago! I think Celcom needs buck up their online customer service because this kind of service is really bugging me!
