Cashing in on the popularity of US President-elect, Barack Obama and the way fans have been scrambling to own a piece of Obamabilia, Liz Murphy plans to put her Jeep Grand Cherokee on eBay by the end of the month and see what happens.
This Jeep was owned by Barack Obama while he was serving as Senator in Illinois and he was the first owner. Liz Murphy bought it from him, sum undisclosed, and hopes that a sale on eBay would turn her a profit.
While I understand that people would want to splash thousands of dollars on things that was once owned by Barack Obama and doing so as a form of investment, I don't see how people could be so captivated by Barack Obama.
However, I would still be interested to see how much a Grand Cherokee that has been used by “Senator Barack Obama” would be able to command.
