Over the past few years, I have suspected that some companies, like financial companies, sell their customers' personal information to marketing companies so I was not surprised when I read about TransUnion, an American credit company, that allegedly illegally sold confidential credit information of their customers to marketing companies.
It is said that anyone who applied for credit in the United States from 1987 to 2000 can make a claim against the company and that there is an ongoing TransUnion Class Action Lawsuit. I am not affected but if you are, do contact O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath as soon as possible for free consultation and see what action you can take against TransUnion.
