A friend just sent me a text message inviting me to his new restaurant. This guy, who used to work in a bank, is finally chasing his dream of running his own restaurant and I am happy for him.
He said the official launch of his establishment is next week and now, everything is ready, except for table clips. That's just a small detail that could be settled in less than a day, right?
I can't wait to try out his food. Actually, he won't be the one cooking, as his partner is a very capable chef, fresh from a 5-star hotel in Singapore. Wooeeee! And the best thing is, I get to eat for free!!! Well, the first time anyway. Once is better than none, right?
