Building Houses As Usual

My friend, Paul, is an architect-cum-contractor. I asked him if business was affected due to the slower economy and he said that at first, it was but it is slowly picking up again. However, he said that his architecture side of business continues to be slow but it is his construction business that has seen a recovery.

Paul explained that the reason is because homeowners could save on the cost of building a new house by buying a home plan instead of having one drawn from scratch. Of course, not everyone likes to have a house that's similar to his neighbor's but what are the chances of two homes side by side with the same design when there are so many house plans to choose from? Check out the wide selection of plans at www.HousePlansandMore.com of HDA, Inc. and you will know what I am talking about. Besides, it is still cheaper just making changes to an existing plan.

Earlier, I checked out the website of HDA, Inc. on their house and cottage plans out of curiosity even though I have no plans to buy any yet but I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and standard of design and architecture I believe it would not be difficult for to find a dream home here.
